Return Policy
Product Orders
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement.
The returned items must be in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap). Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. To receive return authorization and approval, please email info@ukniche.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
Cancellation
The customer can cancel their order and receive a full refund as long as the product has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must return the product, and the return shipment cost will be deducted from the refund.
Sample Orders
Sorry, but all sales of samples are final, and we are unable to accept sample returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
All international returns are at the customer’s expense. The purchaser must send a copy of the transport company charges. Once the product has been received, shipping costs will be credited to the customer.
Upon accepting delivery, the purchaser must verify that the package is intact, undamaged, and without any signs of tampering. If you receive a product that has been damaged during delivery or appears faulty, please report it within 2 (two) days of delivery by contacting info@ukniche.com.
A complaint will be filed for damages, theft, or other malpractices in order to ascertain the courier’s liabilities and verify the extent of the damages incurred during delivery.
Such damages should also be documented with a digital image attached to the email sent to the above-mentioned email address.
The returned item will be carefully examined to determine, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
Please do not destroy or discard any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Care. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement you may be entitled to.
Return
Return is not implied if the product is not returned intact (both in packaging and content). This includes cases where the supplier certifies:
– The absence of external or internal packaging.
– The absence of integral parts of the merchandise.
– The absence of the label attached to the product.
– Any damage caused to the product.
Most products can be returned for a refund within 14 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs must be paid by the client. To receive a complete reimbursement, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and undamaged (including unopened cellophane wrapping, if applicable).
Step 1: Contact info@ukniche.com to communicate that you want to return your order.
Step 2: Pack your order in the same condition as you received it. We will send a messenger to your home to collect the order.
Important: Collection option is only valid in Peninsular Spain. You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.
Step 3: Once the merchandise has been received in our store and its condition verified, we will proceed with the refund as per the terms established in the RDL 1/2007, in accordance with the payment method made by the client (except for cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer).
Orders Outside of the European Union
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the contract's conclusion, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole domicile and delivery address are outside the European Union.
The purchaser will not be entitled to the right to withdraw in the following cases:
– For tailor-made and customized goods.
– For goods that by their nature cannot be returned without the risk of accelerated deterioration or perishability.
The right to withdraw is not applicable to individuals or entities acting for commercial purposes or related to their business activities.
To exercise the right to withdraw, the Purchaser must inform the Supplier within 14 days after receiving the order. This communication must be sent via e-mail to info@ukniche.com.
